What does the demon head do in Enter the Gungeon? ›

When fired and held it shoots a beam that may burn your enemies. Very strong weapon without the need to reload. Fires a superhearted beam that can ignite enemies.

Spice is an active item with a unique mechanic: after being found and used once, Spice will start replacing weapons, items, and pickups from chests, room drops, and shops. This effect happens more frequently the more Spice is used.

Holey Grail, if used properly, can refill ammo for Glass Cannon and Balloon Gun. If Glass Cannon or Balloon Gun is picked up before Holey Grail, its ammo can be refilled to half-full upon taking damage. However, if Holey Grail is picked up first, either gun will be broken and ammo will not be refilled.
